4.回乡偶书古诗的译文

贺知章（659—744年），字季真，自号四明狂客，越州永兴人。

少时以文章诗词知名。唐武周证圣元年（695年）进士，初授国子四门博士，后迁太常博士。

开元十年（722年），入丽正殿书院撰修典籍，后转太常少卿。十三年迁礼部侍郎，兼集贤院学士。

不久，又为太子右庶子，充侍读。二十六年，调任工部侍郎，不久，迁太子宾客、银青光禄大夫兼正授秘书监。

天宝三 年（744年），患病之后请度为道土，告老还乡。不久寿终。

唐肃宗称其“器识夷淡，襟怀和雅，神情志逸，学富才雄，挺会稽之美箭，蕴昆岗之良玉。”赠礼部尚书。

贺知章诗文以绝句见长，其写景、抒怀之作，风格独特，清新潇洒。其中《回乡偶书》两首，脍炙人口，千古传诵，今存诗19首录入《全唐诗》。

工书法，尤擅草隶，当世称重。贺知章墨迹留传很少，现存尚有绍兴城东南宛委山南坡飞来石上的《龙瑞宫记》石刻和流到日本的《孝经》草书。

贺知章生性旷达豪放，好饮酒，常与李白、李适之、王琎、崔宗之、苏晋、张旭、焦遂饮酒赋诗，时称“醉八仙”。 青年时离乡老年才归还， 口音未变却已鬓发疏落容颜衰老。

⑴偶书：随便写的诗。偶：说明诗写作得很偶然，是随时有所见、有所感就写下来的。

⑵少小离家：贺知章三十七岁中进士，在此以前就离开家乡。老大：年纪大了。贺知章回乡时已年逾八十。

⑶乡音：家乡的口音。无改：没什么变化。一作“难改”。鬓毛：额角边靠近耳朵的头发。一作“面毛”。衰（cuī）：疏落，衰败。鬓毛衰：老年人须发稀疏变白。

⑷相见：即看见我；相：带有指代性的副词。不相识：即不认识我。

⑸笑问：一本作“却问”，一本作“借问”。

⑹消磨：逐渐消失、消除。

⑺镜湖：在浙江绍兴会稽山的北麓，方圆三百余里。贺知章的故乡就在镜湖边上。[1-4]

【其一】

我在年少时离开家乡，到了迟暮之年才回来。我的乡音虽未改变，但鬓角的毛发却已经斑白。儿童们看见我，没有一个认识的。他们笑着询问：这客人是从哪里来的呀？
